We understand life happens, and there are going to moments where you are unable to attend your appointment and you need to either reschedule or cancel. As a courtesy, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $20 for late cancellation, and 50% of treatment cost if you fail to attend your appointment on more than 1 occasion.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you are able to complete any necessary paperwork.
