Wendy

Naturopath | Nutritionist | Bowen Therapist | Health Coach | Spinal Flow® Practitioner

Wendy takes a deeply holistic and nervous-system–focused approach to health and wellbeing. Through the integration of naturopathy, nutrition, Bowen therapy, and Spinal Flow®, she supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance, vitality, and resilience.

Inspired by her own early health challenges, Wendy brings empathy and insight to her work, understanding the profound impact that stress, trauma, and metabolic imbalance can have on both physical and emotional health. Her care is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when the body feels safe, supported, and regulated.

Drawing on her background in Ayurvedic medicine, herbal therapy, and health coaching, Wendy creates personalised wellness plans that support gut health, detoxification pathways, metabolic function, and overall vitality. She has a particular interest in supporting clients with digestive dysfunction, chronic inflammation, and genetic variations such as MTHFR, using gentle, evidence-informed naturopathic strategies.

Wendy is especially passionate about women’s health, offering nurturing support for women navigating hormonal change, perimenopause, and life transitions. Her work focuses on calming the nervous system, supporting digestion and detoxification, and restoring energy — helping women feel grounded, balanced, and supported through this stage of life.

Whether supporting digestive health, hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, or recovery from stress and trauma, Wendy’s approach reflects the Zen on Elliott philosophy — integrative, restorative, and centred on long-term wellbeing.

Kellie

Naturopath | Nutritionist | Skin Therapist | Educator | Metabolic Balance® Coach

Kellie Dexter specialises in supporting women’s skin health, hormonal balance, and metabolic wellbeing through an integrative, naturopathic approach. With over two decades of experience across advanced skin therapy, naturopathy, nutrition, and education, her work focuses on addressing the underlying drivers of inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and metabolic dysfunction that impact both skin and overall health.

Beginning her career in beauty therapy in 1998, Kellie developed a deep understanding of the skin as a dynamic organ influenced by hormones, digestion, immune function, and nervous system health. Her experience in advanced dermal and medispa treatments across Melbourne and Canberra laid the foundation for her results-driven yet holistic approach to skin longevity and resilience.

Through her training in naturopathy and nutrition, Kellie expanded her focus to support women through perimenopause and hormonal transition, where weight gain, fatigue, inflammation, insulin resistance, and changes in skin integrity are common. Using evidence-based naturopathic strategies — including personalised nutrition, herbal medicine, therapeutic nutrients, and lifestyle support — she helps rebalance hormones, reduce systemic inflammation, and support sustainable weight management.

As a certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, Kellie guides women through personalised nutrition programs designed to stabilise blood sugar, improve metabolic function, and support healthy weight loss — all of which play a critical role in reducing inflammatory skin conditions, improving energy, and supporting long-term skin health.

Kellie is particularly passionate about helping women understand the connection between metabolic health, hormonal balance, and skin ageing. By combining naturopathic care with advanced skin treatments, she supports collagen preservation, barrier repair, and skin clarity while addressing the internal factors that often limit treatment results.

Through her integrative model — blending naturopathy, nutrition, metabolic health, and advanced skin therapy — Kellie supports women to feel confident, balanced, and deeply nourished from within, within a calm, restorative sanctuary designed to support healing at every level.
